Compensation and Perks:
- The salary range for this role is between $60,000 to $90,000, dependent on your experience and qualifications.

Core Responsibilities:
- Actively promote Stine Seed Company to enhance sales and increase brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Stine’s seed and treatment products, technical information, and agronomic practices.
- Conduct a minimum of twenty-five on-site grower visits each week to foster relationships.
- Engage in year-round prospecting activities to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Manage the submission of seed orders and coordinate timely shipping to customers.
- Work alongside Stine agronomists to complete annual field prescriptions for every customer.
- Ensure proper warehousing for Stine products, including external signage and equipment, in line with Stine’s guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions for sales and product knowledge provided by Stine.
- Collaborate with the Stine shipping coordinator to guarantee accurate and prompt dispatch of customer seed orders.
- Advocate for the use of Stine XP soybean seed treatments and secure application through approved providers.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of sales experience in the agriculture sector is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven knowledge of effective sales techniques, exceptional negotiation skills, and the capability to overcome challenges.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a successful track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with growers, understanding their needs and values to achieve win-win outcomes.
