In the role of Partner Manager, you will take the lead in expanding our partner network across the UK, Netherlands, and Nordics. Your focus will be on acquiring and nurturing partners who contribute to MQL and MRR growth.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage enterprise-level partner relationships with a strategic approach
- Generate high-quality partner leads through targeted outreach efforts and industry events
- Build and sustain robust relationships with senior partners to foster collaboration
- Deliver compelling commercial presentations that showcase the value of 7Learnings’ solutions
- Develop and refine partner best practices and compelling sales pitches
- Lead the negotiation process for NDAs and partner agreements, ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives
- Aim to consistently surpass quarterly partner acquisition targets
- Drive growth and enhance engagement with existing partners
**Your Qualifications**
- Demonstrable experience in B2B enterprise sales or partner management, particularly within the e-commerce sector
- Proven ability to sell effectively in the UK, Netherlands, and Nordic markets
- Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for impactful presentations and a consultative sales approach
- Strong track record in lead generation through proactive sales outreach and event participation
- Expertise in cultivating and maintaining new partner relationships
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is highly advantageous
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Willingness to travel as necessary to support partner engagements
