Your expertise will be essential in supporting SEC reporting and upholding strong internal controls.

As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations while conducting in-depth financial analyses. Your role will also involve assisting in the formulation of SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks, ensuring that we remain compliant with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical and R&D, to ensure that operational spending is accurately reflected.
