If you hold a professional qualification at the ACA or ACCA level (or equivalent) and possess hands-on experience in the accounting field, we want to hear from you! Your extensive technical acumen in audit, accounts, and compliance regulations, combined with your ability to distill complex concepts into engaging written and verbal guidance, will be essential in this role.

This industry-leading organization hosts over 100 training events annually, catering to accountants in practice and collaborating with more than 800 firms nationwide. In this position, you will leverage your charismatic presentation skills and coaching background to empower accountants in their ongoing professional development journey.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Create and deliver captivating, high-impact technical presentations focused on accounting and audit topics.
2. Develop high-quality, practical training materials that are technically accurate and up-to-date, tailored to meet customer needs.
3. Provide your insights through initiatives such as the A&A Technical Queries helpline, contribute to technical content for various applications, and perform thorough independent file reviews to assess compliance with accounting regulations.

What You Bring:

1. Deep technical expertise in audit and accounts.
2. The capability to conduct extensive research to remain current with evolving regulations.
3. Strong commercial awareness of the UK accounting landscape.
4. Professional qualifications at the ACA level or equivalent, with substantial post-qualification experience within a Big 4 firm or accountancy practice.
5. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a high proficiency in English to tackle complex writing tasks.

This position allows for home-based or remote work, with some travel required as needed.
