We are in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to step into the role of Administrative Assistant for our Managing Editor for a duration of 16 weeks. Our vibrant, visually-rich journal specializes in featuring exclusive interviews with the most influential contemporary art photographers and artists.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate effectively with a driven team

– Maintain a professional demeanor in all correspondence, be it via email or phone
– Manage the calendar for the Editor in Chief
– Organize, classify, and disseminate incoming communications
– Work alongside writers, photographers, illustrators, and marketing professionals
– Earn college commendation for your efforts
Essential Qualifications:
– Availability of 3 days per week, ideally committing to 24 hours each week, for a minimum of 4 months
– Highly organized with a proactive mindset
– Excellent communication skills, grammar, and time management abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Drive
– Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment
– Background or experience in Photography and/or Fine Arts is preferred
