We are seeking a passionate individual to take on a key role in crafting exquisite high-end residential projects, with a primary focus on multi-million-pound luxury homes, guiding them from concept to completion.
In this position, you will engage deeply with projects, enjoying a hands-on role throughout all stages. As our firm continues to expand, we offer exciting long-term career prospects. Currently, this position supports a flexible hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from home primarily, while only requiring an office presence once every week or ten days. We are looking for candidates based within a few hours of our office.
This opportunity is ideal for either a qualified Architect or a seasoned Part 2 or Part 3 Architectural Assistant eager to join a thriving team in our Oxfordshire location.

The perfect candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in residential projects, particularly in large-scale developments or individual luxurious homes.
- Proficient knowledge of all RIBA stages.
- Expertise in bespoke detailing.
- Competence in producing outstanding design and technical drawings using Revit.
- A sincere passion for collaborating with clients on diverse projects.
- Hands-on experience with Revit on active projects (intermediate proficiency is acceptable).
- A strong enthusiasm for the residential market.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with UK building regulations.
