Role Overview
In the capacity of a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will provide teletherapy services to students across our partner school districts. Key responsibilities encompass:
- Delivering evidence-based teletherapy to students enrolled with Daybreak.
- Collaborating closely with school counselors and other essential service providers.
- Establishing trusted relationships with students and their families.
- Offering psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers.
- Participating in clinical discussions and case consultations.
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Current, independent clinical license in Washington.
- Experience in telehealth and providing care to school-aged children.
- Strong technological proficiency and comfort with EHR systems.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Availability during peak hours (Monday to Friday afternoons/evenings; weekend slots optional).
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish).
- Experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or similar approaches.
- Background working in educational settings or with youth populations.
- Possession of an active NPI number and CAQH.
