Overview of the Role:

As an Associate Business Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head of Project Management with the daily oversight of a variety of strategic, high-visibility projects, collaborating with businesses, governmental agencies, and internal teams.

This position is essential for ensuring timely task execution, alignment of information across teams, and maintaining organized documentation and task tracking.

In this role, you will engage with corporate entities, government organizations, and internal teams on strategic projects and partnerships that revolve around groundbreaking technologies in asset tokenization, custody, and AI within a dynamic, regulated, and ever-evolving landscape.

With our expanding project portfolio, this position offers a clear path for growth, with the potential to transition into a Business Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Project Management in supervising project execution.

• Liaise with internal teams under the direction of the Head of Project Management, coordinating tasks, providing timely updates, and following up on progress.

• Support project meetings by managing schedules, preparing agendas, and documenting key outcomes.

• Create documentation, presentations, status updates, and stakeholder reports based on provided inputs.

• Aid technical product owners in obtaining necessary business information or approvals throughout development phases.

• Contribute to the implementation of risk management strategies to mitigate operational, legal, and reputational risks.

• Proactively identify potential issues and alert the Head of Project Management as needed.

• Assist in implementing project governance processes and standards to ensure compliance.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, ideally managing multi-business and multi-project operations that involve government relations.

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic planning.

• Understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks applicable across various industries.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Highly organized and reliable, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.

• Open-minded with a quick aptitude for new concepts, displaying a strong desire to navigate unfamiliar contexts and adapt efficiently.

• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
