    As the Solution Test Automation Manager, you will take charge of formulating and executing the strategy for comprehensive end-to-end solution testing within a dedicated cloud environment. Your extensive knowledge will be instrumental in constructing the necessary infrastructure and automation for meticulous workflow and real-world scenario testing across our interconnected product offerings, all aimed at delivering top-notch medical software solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Craft and lead the end-to-end solution testing strategy, ensuring the development of robust, dependable processes.
    • Mentor and guide a skilled team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that provides hands-on technical direction.
    • Design and implement the necessary infrastructure and automation for a fully automated workflow and load testing environment in Google Cloud.
    • Oversee the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive test management system covering load generation, data management, test automation execution, and reporting.
    • Promote collaborative initiatives with software development teams to integrate and support their automated testing frameworks, while ensuring coordinated efforts with the DevOps Engineering team for seamless change delivery and environment management.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and software testing within cloud environments.
    • 5+ years of practical experience with test automation tools and frameworks, including their implementation.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining automated test environments.
    • Expertise in working with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
    • Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, and Typescript.
    • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with HIPAA compliance and safeguarding PHI data.
    • Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards and workflows.
    • Exemplary problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    The salary range for candidates residing in Canada is between $98,900 and $205,500 annually. Compensation is influenced by various factors including education, experience, certifications, and more.
