    Your Mission:

    As a UAV Solutions Engineer, you will be an essential link between our technical teams and our clients. Your role will encompass supporting the sales cycle by clearly conveying the value of our technology, customizing solutions to fit client requirements, and ensuring that our drone platforms and services fulfill operational and strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a technical authority during the sales process, from lead qualification through proposal and contract negotiations.
    • Assess customer requirements and craft UAV solutions that align with operational goals.
    • Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
    • Support the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offers.
    • Work collaboratively with Business Development, Product, and Operations teams.
    • Engage in trade exhibitions, demonstrations, and field trials.
    • Stay updated on UAV regulations, capabilities, and industry trends.
    • Foster long-lasting relationships with clients by providing technical support before and after sales.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
    • Over 10 years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering capacity (experience in UAV, aerospace, defense, or robotics sectors is advantageous).
    • Background in crewed or uncrewed ISR operations.
    • In-depth understanding of UAV systems, ISR missions, sensors, mission software, and communications technologies.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Fluency in English required (additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus).
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
    • Location: Hybrid positions available in Portugal (Lisbon or Caldas da Rainha), France (Toulouse), Spain (Madrid), and the UK (South West).
