Remote B2B TeleSales – £24,000 basic – OTE 1st year £40k+
My client are leaders in their field providing HR and Business Solutions to companies all over the UK. Due to exciting growth we are now looking to bring onboard multiple Remote B2B TeleSales to join ourteam. These roles can be 90% remote from home with the need to come to the Manchester office just once a month after you are fully trained. Full expenses inc travel/hotels paid for.
As our new Remote B2B TeleSales you will be working on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week. You will be using our extensive database of customers to contact via phone and will be responsible only for booking appointments for our senior Sales team to close, and will receive commission based on that.
Our Remote B2B TeleSales receive a competitive salary of £24,000 which can rise within the first year to 28k and with a very realistic OTE upwards of £40,000 within your first year. Our growth is thanks to our commitment to a unique way of operating . We are the biggest in our field and the market leader with over 10,000 customers across the UK and so most of the potential customers you call will be familiar with us.
Hours are Mon- Fri 8.30am – 5pm
As a Remote B2B TeleSales you will achieve maximum sales and profitability, both individually and at company level by presenting their products to the highest standard possible and ensuring customer needs are fully met. You will also project a professional personal image. To take responsibility for self-development and present innovative ideas.
On a daily basis as our Remote B2B TeleSales you will be responsible for:
- Outbound calls to warm leads
- Converting initial enquires into meetings by listening to our customers and matching products to their requirements
- Passing on agreed ‘meetings’ to the closing team to convert
- Communicating with existing and potential customers, ensuring they are aware of our bespoke services and products
- Meeting individual targets and contributing to team targets
- Managing your own diary to follow up on potential customer leads
What we are looking for in our Remote B2B TeleSales
- Previous B2B EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
- Experience of working to targets and KPI’s
- Strong ability to actively listen and identify windows of opportunity to sell/upsell
