    Position Overview: Band 7 DBT Therapist
    Location: Remote
    Working Schedule: 4 Sessions per week

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    As a DBT Therapist, you will play a vital role in creating and contributing to a psychologically informed framework of care that benefits our diverse client population. You will ensure that multidisciplinary team members have the necessary support through the provision of expert advice, consultation, and the distribution of valuable psychological research and theories. Your involvement will also extend to participating in research, conducting audits, and engaging in clinical governance initiatives within the facility. Furthermore, you will provide leadership and management to assistant psychologists as directed by the lead psychologist.

    What You Need to Bring:

    • A professional background as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist.
    • Current HCPC Registration is mandatory.
    • Ability and desirability to facilitate online therapy groups.
    • Experience with trauma-informed therapies (DBT-PE, DBT-PTSD, TF-CBT, EMDR) is a plus.
