Location: Remote (with occasional travel to HQ)

  • With recent growth, they are eager to expand their bid team and are on the hunt for skilled Bid Professionals who have experience securing public sector contracts within IT, Technology, or Software sectors (other experiences are also welcomed).
  • The firm currently provides a bid review service to clients, helping refine their proposal drafts through constructive feedback. They are excited to elevate their offerings to include comprehensive end-to-end bid management. This role will also involve aiding in the refinement of these processes while managing various bids.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborate within a self-directed Client Delivery team, offering bid consulting services to clients while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate client kick-off meetings to outline processes and establish draft timelines.
  • Critically evaluate technical bids authored by clients, ensuring they align with tender requirements and our high standards.
  • Deliver constructive written feedback and actionable suggestions to enhance client submissions promptly.
  • Thoroughly proofread and edit for clarity, flow, sentence structure, formatting, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Lead review sessions to discuss written input and guide clients as they advance to subsequent drafting stages.
  • Maintain precise records of client progress using their CRM (HubSpot), project management tools (Trello, Excel), and file storage (G-Drive).

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Bid Writing, Coordinating, or Bid Support is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise with the CCS G-Cloud framework, particularly in managing applications.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, administrative, and technological skills are essential.
  • A relevant degree, ideally in Creative Writing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • A collaborative spirit with strong teamwork abilities.
