    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer service

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
    • Proficiency in computer usage
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25mbps), preferably hardwired
