    Join our dedicated TTEC work-from-home team, which proudly serves 37 preferred residency states. Please note that we are not hiring from Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, or outside the United States. In particular, residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. may be considered based on specific business needs.

    What You Will Do

    As a vital member of our team, you will leverage your knowledge and skills to assist customers in navigating their healthcare coverage options with compassion and professionalism. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service will transform ordinary customer interactions into memorable experiences.

    In your role as a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Guiding individuals to understand their coverage options and assisting them in choosing the products and services that best meet their health and financial needs.
    • Providing full-cycle customer service and sales support—be it responding to inbound inquiries or following up with outbound calls.
    • Listening actively and compassionately to customer inquiries, ensuring the right solutions are identified efficiently.
    • Recognizing additional customer needs and helping them enhance their product or service selections.
    • Completing sales or renewals of health plans tailored to each customer’s unique requirements. Sales conversions will be a key aspect of your success.

    What You Bring to the Table

    • A current health insurance license in your state of residence.
    • High-speed internet connection (minimum of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
    • A minimum of six months of sales experience.
    • A strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
    • Exceptional customer service skills characterized by empathy, compassion, and attentive listening.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proficient computer navigation skills, as this role is entirely remote.
