In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and oversight of personalized treatment plans while mentoring a skilled team of ABA Therapists. You’ll leverage ABA principles and data-driven methodologies to cultivate growth in your clients, collaborating closely with families to implement effective strategies.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
– Providing direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to your caseload
– Designing and regularly updating customized ABA curriculum plans
– Crafting and executing behavior intervention plans rooted in ABA methodologies
– Conducting clinical reviews of reports and session notes to maintain quality
– Analyzing ABA data to make informed program adjustments
– Compiling reports summarizing client data and progress
– Engaging with parents frequently and collaborating on ABA strategies
– Partnering with Program Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes for each case
– Offering training in ABA techniques to both parents and staff members
To thrive in this position, you will need:
– Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB
– An active license in Arizona
– The ability to perform assessments and reassessments in person
