About Us
At BehaviorCare Therapy, we are proud to be at the forefront of home-based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with autism. Our expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis empowers children and their families across Arizona. We are dedicated to equipping our BCBAs with the essential tools and unwavering support needed to thrive in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and provide supervision for ABA therapists assigned to your cases
– Create, implement, and regularly update personalized ABA treatment plans
– Develop and execute behavior intervention strategies
– Analyze client data and adjust programs according to progress
– Review session notes and prepare detailed reports
– Communicate effectively with parents and offer training on ABA methodologies
– Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure optimal outcomes
– Conduct training for parents and staff on ABA techniques

Qualifications We Seek
– BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
– Current and active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentialed in Arizona
– Capability to conduct in-person assessments and reassessments
