**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the behavioral needs and goals of individuals.
– Design and implement tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and clinical insights.
– Supervise and support the application of BIPs across diverse environments, including clinics, homes, schools, and via telehealth.
– Regularly monitor and analyze intervention data to evaluate effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments.
– Provide training and oversight for behavior technicians and other team members.
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as speech and occupational therapists, to foster a comprehensive treatment approach.
– Maintain precise and current client records and progress documentation.
– Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
– Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
– A genuine passion for aiding children and families in achieving their goals.
– Proficient experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing BIPs.
– Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Requirements:**
– Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
– A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA.
– Must reside within the state of Tennessee.
– Valid Tennessee license and LBA are required.
– Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a closely related field.
– In-depth knowledge of ABA methodologies and techniques.
– Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations.

**Physical Demands:**
Candidates should expect to engage in activities such as walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
