Your role will be pivotal in enabling us to address challenges with compassion and expertise.
As an integral part of our brand marketing team, you will be instrumental in crafting a unified and compelling brand experience for Solventum across various stakeholders, including employees, agencies, and channel partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
Brand Central Oversight: Take the lead in managing Solventum’s Brand Central, our internal and external enablement resource. This involves curating an asset library, managing brand guidelines, and overseeing localization efforts to create an engaging user experience.
Agency Support: Collaborate with key partners to facilitate communication, training, and onboarding processes for agency partners, building strong relationships for effective collaboration.
Asset Creation Support: Assist in the production of brand assets through project management, budget oversight, and preparation, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy.
Brand Enablement Tools: Participate in projects to develop and refine guidelines, templates, communications, and training materials that enhance brand coherence.
General Brand Support: Provide valuable insights and support to stakeholders, leveraging your understanding of our brand strategy and identity.
Metadata Management: Ensure that all content related to Brand Central is organized and accessible, enhancing the overall user experience.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong foundation in brand strategy and management. Solventum requires:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, along with at least six years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management; OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of ten years of applicable experience.
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A comprehensive understanding of brand strategy and identity.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and user insights.
- Exceptional communication capabilities.
- Digital literacy or technological proficiency.
Further qualifications that would enhance your candidacy include:
- Experience in managing and optimizing website content.
- Background in corporate brand management.
- Knowledge of digital experience optimization.
- Familiarity with Adobe DAM platforms and brand SaaS.
- Previous work with global organizations or the healthcare industry.
Location: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote position available within the USA or Canada.
Travel: This position does not require travel.

For applicants in the US, the anticipated salary range for this position is $119,076 – $145,537, reflecting base pay and potential variable incentives. This estimate considers the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and work location, with additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
