Join the PetLab Co. Team as a Brand Partnership Manager – Fully Remote Opportunity in the USA
PetLab Co. stands as the premier pioneer in direct-to-consumer (DTC) pet supplements, commanding over 50% of the market share and generating nine-figure revenues. As we continue our ambitious journey of global expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Brand Partnership Manager to spearhead innovative brand-to-brand marketing initiatives that amplify sales, expand brand visibility, and enhance customer acquisition through creative partnerships. This is your chance to take the lead in shaping PetLab Co.’s brand collaboration strategies, utilizing cross-promotional techniques such as insert swaps, email collaborations, co-branded campaigns, and much more.
We seek a candidate with a strong history of forging effective partnerships that produce measurable growth in sales and brand presence, all while aligning seamlessly with our corporate goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential strategic partners, negotiating beneficial agreements, executing collaborative campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Key Highlights of the Position:
Core Compensation: $80,000 – $130,000 (includes base salary + performance bonuses)
Location: Fully Remote within the USA, part of a global team exceeding 140 members

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience in developing brand partnerships, particularly within the DTC or consumer goods sectors. You have successfully designed and implemented co-branded initiatives, insert and email swaps that foster brand awareness and sales growth. You’re a creative thinker who excels at collaborating with partners to deliver outstanding results, equipped with the skills to negotiate and craft mutually beneficial agreements.
Above all, you have a distinguished record of achievement. You can highlight specific partnerships you’ve nurtured from concept to execution, and are adept at measuring and analyzing the success of these endeavors. You excel in dynamic environments and are capable of seamlessly shifting between strategic planning and hands-on implementation.

Measuring Your Success:
Your performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with specific targets established alongside senior leadership:
- Revenue Growth from Partnerships: Assessing the direct revenue influence of partnerships on overall sales.
- Customer Acquisition: Tracking the volume of new customers gained through brand alliances.
- Campaign Return on Investment (ROI): Evaluating each partnership’s financial effectiveness to ensure impactful results.
- Relationship Management: The depth and longevity of connections cultivated with brand partners.
Time Allocation Overview:
Here’s a general idea of how you’ll allocate your time:
- 30%: Strategic Development – Discovering opportunities and negotiating partnerships, along with crafting campaign strategies.
- 40%: Execution – Handling daily management of partnership initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- 20%: Outreach & Relationship Building – Attracting new partners and nurturing existing relationships.
- 10%: Analysis & Reporting – Evaluating performance metrics and reporting the impacts of partnership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Brand Partnerships: History of driving sales and fostering brand growth through strategic collaborations.
- Creativity & Strategy: Capability to craft inventive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Negotiation Proficiency: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a successful history of forming impactful partnerships.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort in utilizing performance metrics and analytical skills to inform judicious decision-making.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
- DTC Background: Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing is a plus.
