In this role, you will oversee the processing of new broker applications and enrollment forms, while ensuring that you effectively communicate plan benefits across various markets. Your expertise will also be crucial in adhering to all CMS requirements throughout these processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new broker applications and enrollment forms with attention to detail.
• Provide comprehensive education to brokers about plan benefits available in different markets.
• Ensure that all activities comply with the necessary CMS regulations.
• Respond to inbound calls as a dedicated point of contact for National Brokers, addressing inquiries related to application submissions, Medicare Advantage offerings, and fulfillment of supply requests.
• Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Spanish are highly preferred.

Essential Qualifications

Education

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience is required.
