In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive BMS designs and influencing engineering strategies for medium to large-scale initiatives. A robust understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is essential as you take full ownership of the design process from inception to execution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting project specifications to create complete BMS system designs

• Developing panel layouts, hardware configurations, software strategies, and visual representations

• Defining the scope for installation and commissioning phases

• Assisting with technical support during the pre-sales process, when necessary

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A deep understanding of BMS design and implementation from specification to project handover

• Hands-on experience with industry-standard systems such as Siemens, Trend, Honeywell, and others

• The ability to work autonomously and tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions

• Insight into the mechanical and electrical operations of building systems

• Proficiency in software architecture, panel design, and system integration

• Experience in leading small engineering teams or managing subcontractor relationships is a plus

Essential Qualifications:

• HNC or higher in a related discipline

• Demonstrated experience within the building automation and controls industry

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, BMS, power control, and stand-alone systems

• Ability to conduct site surveys on operational plants

• Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with clients and suppliers
