Your Role and Responsibilities
In your capacity as a building and assets expert, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive property compliance and building safety program. This critical role will focus on managing key areas such as asbestos control, fire safety measures, legionella management, and electrical safety protocols. A meticulous and strategic mindset will be essential as you review data, engage with regional teams, and craft detailed costed schedules and work programs.

Qualifications for Success
To excel in this role, you need to showcase a proactive approach and a strong solutions-oriented mindset, coupled with exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement. Previous experience in compliance management and the execution of planned works across a varied estate is advantageous. Candidates should hold a professional membership, either RICS, IWFM, or an equivalent.
