Position Details:

Field Sales Business Development Manager
Remote / Field-based with occasional travel to our Southeast Surrey office for training and meetings
£35,000 – £40,000 Base salary (dependent on experience), OTE approximately £50,000 – £60,000

Join Us as a Sales BDM:

We are seeking experienced and driven field sales professionals who are eager to leverage their expertise and enthusiasm for success in a new role.

This position is primarily remote and field-based, allowing you to choose how much time you spend visiting clients or working from home. While there will be defined KPIs to ensure meetings are held, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

+ Employing a professional, energetic, and systematic sales approach to secure new business leads.
+ Identifying and collecting data on SMEs that could benefit from our digital solutions.
+ Scheduling and attending client meetings with a focus on closing sales weekly.
+ Demonstrating confidence, motivation, and a robust work ethic to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Your Profile:

+ Proven success in field or telesales, adept at sourcing and closing new business.
+ A strong understanding of direct sales, ideally within a related sector.
+ A passion for excellence, bringing enthusiasm and determination to every interaction.
+ A valid UK driving license.
