    Your Next Challenge:

    We are on the lookout for a motivated and commercially savvy Business Development Executive to join our growing field sales team. This role goes beyond achieving sales targets; it focuses on forging enduring relationships, expanding our client base, and assisting businesses in crafting inspiring environments their teams will adore.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Consistently surpassing sales objectives across our diverse product offerings, including coffee machines, hydration solutions, vending systems, and consumables.
    • Identifying and acquiring new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives.
    • Nurturing and expanding existing accounts by pinpointing strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Developing and managing your personal sales pipeline and strategy.
    • Leading contract discussions and closing deals that adhere to our customer-first philosophy.
    • Working in close partnership with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding experiences for clients.
    • Maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system to support reporting, KPIs, and team transparency.
    • Representing 2468 Group as a brand ambassador and embodying our core values across all interactions.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Demonstrable success in B2B sales, preferably within a rental or subscription revenue structure.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
    • A self-motivated approach with a proven history of generating new leads.
    • Strong commercial insight and the ability to strategically assess customer needs.
    • Comfortable working autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
    • A proactive, enthusiastic demeanor and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
