    Position Overview:

    As a Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in mapping out and executing market entry strategies that facilitate TEKEVER’s ongoing global expansion. You will bring extensive experience as a business development professional, particularly within the defence and security sectors. A knack for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering impactful business solutions that cater to our customers’ evolving demands are essential.

    Your collaborative spirit and exceptional communication skills will enable you to thrive within cross-functional teams, even amidst tight deadlines.

    • Your Key Responsibilities:
    • Market Strategy: Implement strategic market entry plans for TEKEVER platforms across designated regions, focusing on thorough market analysis, customer outreach, and effective sales strategies.
    • Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders to uncover and develop new opportunities.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Supervise the sales pipeline, transforming market insights into actionable business prospects.
    • Business Solution Development: Collaborate with team members to create business solutions that address the dynamic requirements of defence clients.
    • Collaborative Approach: Engage closely with engineering, operations, and the broader TEKEVER teams to ensure alignment in achieving market strategies and capabilities.
    • Tender Management: Assist in the creation and submission of tender responses in your region, aiming for successful outcomes.
    • Industry Engagement: Participate in relevant conferences, exhibitions, and events to bolster business development and unearth new collaborative opportunities.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Master’s degree in engineering or business management.
    • Demonstrated success in business development within the defence and security domains.
    • Strong comprehension of the defence and security landscape, especially pertaining to unmanned aerial systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
    • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level), with additional fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese preferred.
    • Regulatory Acumen: Familiarity with export regulations, compliance, and related legalities.
    • Willingness to work from Toulouse or Madrid.
