    **Overview**

    Join a dynamic team as we enhance our Passive Fire Protection business across the region! Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence in this priority segment. Collaborating with a dedicated group, you will not only seek out new business opportunities but also provide essential technical expertise and guidance on our product portfolio.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    • **Account Management**
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and relationship management.
      • Oversee contractual execution, handling all relevant matters for current projects and agreements.
      • Identify and pursue future growth opportunities based on the success of existing contracts and relationships.
    • **New Business Development**
      • Forge a strategic approach to identify priorities and drive growth in the passive fire protection market segment.
      • Take ownership of both existing and potential business development opportunities from initial conception through to execution, managing the lead and opportunity funnel to convert prospects into orders and long-term agreements.
      • Research market and technology trends, guiding colleagues and stakeholders to seize targeted opportunities while coordinating customer relationships.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Technical, Operations) to deliver sustainable solutions that meet customer needs. This involves organizing and disseminating relevant materials in our CRM system and collaborative tools.
      • Represent the Region in executive and global forums related to specific applications.
      • Propose improvements to enhance existing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Manage and oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with all terms and resolving any issues that emerge.
    • **Business Development Portfolio**
      • Support regional and global teams on selected initiatives to integrate technical solutions and products into customer specifications.
    • **Strategic Development**
      • Collaborate with Regional Marketing and Sales Managers to establish a cohesive regional strategy.
      • Act as a representative for the region in global strategy discussions.
      • Develop compelling business cases to support investment decisions and guide corporate direction.
      • Lead presentations in executive forums to influence corporate initiatives.
    • **Financial Performance**
      • Achieve financial targets, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and payment days, along with overdue recovery.
      • Meet business development metrics, focusing on lead generation, opportunity funnel growth, conversion rates, and more.

    **Qualifications**

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development.
    • A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
    • A proactive and creative mindset to identify and cultivate new customer relationships and opportunities; a passion for challenges and learning is essential.
    • Experience with solution selling in a relevant market setting is highly valuable.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis to bolster account strategy and decision-making processes.
    • Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
    • A resilient attitude and adaptability to navigate complex, dynamic markets and solution development.
