We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Manager / Financial Services Coordinator to join this dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who possess experience in client engagement, telesales, or appointment-setting within the financial services realm, including financial planning, investments, and insurance sectors.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional English communication skills, both oral and written, making this a cornerstone of the position. You will work closely with a dedicated team of Financial Advisors, primarily focusing on securing qualified appointments through comprehensive networking and targeted client research in your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your experience as a Business Development Manager to engage with Swiss residents, ideally within the financial services domain.
- Proficiently navigate the Microsoft Office Suite to streamline operations and presentations.
- Employ excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Exhibit superb time management and planning capabilities to meet objectives efficiently.
- Currently hold a position in telesales or client engagement with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate a clear, articulate Western-style English telephone manner, without any noticeable accents.

- Execute a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients.
- Strategically source leads through online research, networking events, and social media platforms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position is best suited for experienced Anglo-Saxon candidates, aligning with the majority of the client demographic which comprises typical Swiss residents and Western expatriates. Only applicants with prior experience in financial telesales or a client-facing sales role (minimum one year of experience) will be considered.
