As a key player in our team, you will take on a full-cycle remote Sales Manager role, where your contributions directly drive our growth.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Expansion: Enhance contracts and broaden the reach of Stayf within our existing client portfolio.
- Outreach: Utilize your personal network, leverage the connections of Stayf’s founders in Eastern Europe, and creatively explore new strategies.
- Middle of the Funnel Activities: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, facilitate follow-up sessions, and guide potential clients towards clear next steps.
- Closing Deals: Prepare customized quotations and presentations, negotiate contract terms, and initiate project launches.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the HR, EdTech, or Wellbeing sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing capabilities, with fluency in English and proficiency in Portuguese (C1 level) and Russian (B2 level).
- A strong history of achieving or surpassing sales targets in dynamic environments.
- Expertise in cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with potential clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Competence in crafting and delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- An entrepreneurial mindset driven by success, with the ability to flourish independently in a rapidly evolving landscape.
