We are seeking a dedicated full-time team member, working remotely from within the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the alignment between your current role and our organization’s business and commercial goals. Develop a foundational knowledge of the competitive landscape to contribute to the commercial rationale for various competitor offerings.
- Conduct thorough research on potential leads, gathering essential information about clients and the needs of partner organizations. Identify commercial opportunities through industry insights, online research, and analysts’ reports.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to craft, enhance, and sustain outreach messaging that effectively communicates our service areas.
- Represent MMS as a trusted ally in the industry. Build a robust network of contacts within target partner organizations.
- Grow your expertise in:
- Identifying leads that align with client profiles established by your Line Manager or Mentor.
- Managing priorities effectively with guidance from your Line Manager.
- Organizing and maintaining comprehensive records related to contacts, leads, meetings, follow-up tasks, and client-specific deliverables efficiently.
- Concentrate on generating leads across all MMS service areas and engage with new accounts.
- Under the mentorship of a senior team member, devise, present, and implement innovative strategies for identifying new business opportunities. Propose creative solutions to capture customer interest and drive engagement.
- Exemplify professionalism both personally and on behalf of the company, aligning with our core company values.
- Exhibit outstanding internal and external customer service, communication, and teamwork.
- Support departmental goals and improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and training requirements.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Communications, Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a comparable role.
- Familiarity with scientific principles or concepts is advantageous.
- Practical experience in clinical trials and pharmaceutical development, including knowledge of industry stakeholders, is preferred.
- An understanding of the CRO landscape, along with data and regulatory services, is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude to effectively address needs and challenges.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and clear communication.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, FDA regulations, and GCP standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with sales applications such as Dynamics 365 CRM (or similar CRM platforms), Zymewire, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant sales tools is preferred.
