    Location: Remote – South
    Salary: Starting at £32,000, plus an attractive commission structure

    As we continue to expand our presence in the commercial landscape, we invite a dynamic, enthusiastic, and seasoned sales expert to become a pivotal part of our remote team as a Business Development Manager (BDM). This role is crucial for driving exceptional performance to surpass targets in the North of England, helping to turn our ambitious growth initiatives into reality.

    In this position, you will play an integral role within our Business Development team, leveraging a solution-oriented mindset to uncover new apprenticeship opportunities and drive enrollments in your designated region or sales sector, particularly focusing on the healthcare domain.

    Utilizing your exceptional communication abilities, competitive spirit, and confidence, you will actively pursue fresh business opportunities, aligning your strategies with our company’s core values and mission. You will cultivate and maintain robust relationships with established partners, positioning Paragon Skills as their premier choice by providing high-quality solutions and becoming a trusted advisor.

    Your Responsibilities:

    1. Surpass KPIs and achieve new apprenticeship targets while ensuring eligibility requirements are met through a mix of new business development and effective account management.
    2. Discover new client prospects within Paragon Skills’ key sectors, with a strong emphasis on Health and Social Care (HSC) and Education.
    3. Craft an engagement strategy to generate fresh leads and opportunities within small to medium-sized enterprises that would benefit from apprenticeship programs.
    4. Illustrate the return on investment for apprenticeships to clients, emphasizing the tangible benefits for their businesses.
    5. Provide comprehensive information, advice, and guidance concerning all facets of the Apprenticeship levy, ensuring clients receive full support and are well-informed throughout the process, from conceptualization to execution.
    6. Collaboratively work with prospective clients to devise exceptional apprenticeship delivery models tailored to their specific needs, sharing valuable insights and practical advice with SME owners and managers.
    7. Establish strong, lasting relationships with client contacts at all organizational levels to guarantee an outstanding customer experience at every interaction.
    8. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that new opportunities and contracts are seamlessly communicated within the organization, confirming all deliverables and commercial agreements as part of our onboarding process.
    9. Complete necessary administrative tasks promptly to facilitate the enrollment of new learners upon tutor attendance.
