Join Our Client’s Team as a Business Development Professional – Fully Remote Opportunity!
We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a skilled Business Development Manager to take on a fully remote position focused primarily on engaging with B2B clients.
Core Services Offered by Our Client Include:
- Comprehensive white label credit management outsourcing
- In-office debt collection services
- Field visit debt collection and counseling
- Legal action services provided by a fully SRA-licensed in-house legal team
- Expert trace services
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales-oriented role with demonstrable success in income generation for previous employers.
- A valid driving license is essential, as the role entails travel throughout the UK.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Proactively cold calling leads through Vision (our CRM tool) to secure new appointments with prospective clients, including outreach to accountants and insolvency practitioners to generate referrals.
- Conducting prospect meetings with a consultative approach to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities for our diverse services.
- After each meeting, crafting customized proposal letters that detail the service offerings, associated benefits, and pricing structures.
- Facilitating setup meetings once a prospective client agrees to our services, ensuring the offerings align perfectly with their expectations.
- Participating in client review sessions to assess service performance and identify additional growth opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding appointment and revenue targets as outlined.
- Joining monthly sales review meetings to discuss performance results in relation to the established goals.

- You’ll earn a 10% commission on revenue generated in the first year of each client engagement and 5% in the second year, with no commission applicable for clients beyond two years.
- Given the travel requirements of this role, we provide a monthly car allowance, which varies based on the individual candidate’s level of experience.
