Do you have recent experience in outbound call handling, telesales, or fundraising? If so, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be part of our growing Bristol-based charity fundraising call center team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to make a difference from the comfort of your own space!

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a reliable Windows computer or laptop, a USB headset equipped with a microphone, and a strong broadband connection with a minimum upload speed of 8 Mbps and download speed of 25 Mbps.

In this fulfilling position, your communication skills will shine as you engage with potential supporters over the phone. You’ll bring your passion for charity and your ability to navigate computer systems for data entry.

As part of our team, you will participate in a telephone interview that includes a scripted role play to demonstrate your skills. Our training is conducted through interactive Zoom sessions and you’ll be compensated for the time spent in training, with initial pay held until you complete 120 hours of service.

Expect to work five days a week for an 8-hour shift (7 hours paid), typically scheduled from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday. One Saturday shift from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM is required, with a day off during the week if you work that Saturday.

Compensation starts at £12.35 per hour, with opportunities to increase your pay to £12.70 and potentially £13.05, based on consistent achievement of performance targets. While in the training phase, your rate will be £12.21 per hour, depending on your performance.

Your weekly target will be to generate 15 sign-ups, allowing you to earn an additional £2 per hour on your base rate. For every sign-up beyond the target, you can earn an impressive £17.50 each!
