We have an exciting opportunity for a CIAM Architect with expertise in Ping and ForgeRock, and we welcome remote candidates located anywhere in the United States to join our team in Sacramento, California.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and architect Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, leveraging your strong experience with Ping and ForgeRock.

• Lead and implement large-scale CIAM projects, showcasing your experience in executing at least two significant engagements using these tools.

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of CIAM technologies, specifically Ping and ForgeRock, along with familiarity in other platforms like Okta and Entra ID.

• Demonstrate strong skills in various use cases including:

• Utilizing the IAM platform as an Identity broker.

• Implementing identity proofing and verification processes.

• Managing fraud and risk with orchestration of user journeys.

• Ensuring consent management and compliance with GDPR.

• Overseeing Bring Your Own Authentication (BYOA) and Identity Broker implementations.

• Integrating APIs between CIAM applications and other systems.

We require that all candidates be based in the United States. Remote work is acceptable.

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Proven experience in CIAM projects, specifically with Ping and ForgeRock.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud technology and architecture (AWS or Azure), particularly in relation to identity providers.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and cloud-native development.

• Familiarity with DevOps principles and strong experience with CI/CD processes.

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code for configuration management.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban.

• Experience with Groovy, JavaScript, and RhinoScript, enhancing your technical depth beyond IAM products.
