Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Associate Attorney to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering impactful legal services while managing a diverse caseload. As a member of our team, you will tackle challenging legal issues in a dynamic work environment and have ample opportunity for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert legal guidance across a variety of matters, encompassing commercial and insurance litigation.
• Manage and litigate complex bodily injury and wrongful death cases.
• Engage in depositions, mediations, and court trials as necessary.
• Craft, review, and refine legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to formulate effective case strategies.
• Remain updated on relevant legislation and regulations that may impact our clients.
• Foster strong client relationships, providing clear explanations of legal options and addressing any questions regarding their cases.
• Depending on your expertise and interests, you may also handle construction defect cases.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona, Utah, or New Mexico (relocation not required).
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 4 years of legal experience is essential.
• Solid background in providing legal advice, assistance, and litigating commercial and insurance cases.
• Experience with complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death litigation is a must.
• Familiarity with construction defect matters is advantageous but not necessary.
• Trial experience is a plus, though it is not mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in legal research and documentation.
