About the Role

We are in search of a highly organized and client-oriented Project Manager to spearhead the effective delivery of products and services to our clientele. In this role, you will oversee planning, execution, and project closure—ensuring everything meets timelines, stays within scope, and aligns with client expectations.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project management for client delivery initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients.
• Create thorough project plans, manage timelines, and allocate necessary resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, operations, and support.
• Track project performance and make adjustments as required to achieve objectives.
• Manage project scope, identify risks, and tackle issues to secure successful outcomes.
• Prepare and present regular status reports along with conducting project review meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Enhance client satisfaction through effective communication and efficient resolution of issues.
• Document lessons learned and establish best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a relevant field (PMP certification is advantageous).
• 3-7 years of experience in managing client-facing projects.
• Proven history of delivering products or services on time and on budget.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with client onboarding and post-implementation support processes.
