Client Services Representative (Remote)
Preferred: Background in Claims Management
Required: Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and customer service aptitude
PRIMARY PURPOSE: You will take charge of accounts associated with designated programs, ensuring that procedures and processes are upheld to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate contract renewals and prepare client service instructions for assigned accounts.
Coordinate pricing for renewals, establish location coding parameters, and prepare various reports, including stewardship.
Inform clients on loss data and analyze key cost drivers affecting assigned programs.
Oversee project activities, serving as the main point of contact for clients and striving to boost overall satisfaction.
Recognize issues influencing service consistency and customer experience; collaborate with program management to resolve them and identify service trends for improvement.
Explore and suggest cross-selling opportunities.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake other duties as assigned.
Support the organization’s quality initiatives.
Travel as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred; candidates actively pursuing CPCU, AIC, ARM, or related designations are encouraged.
Experience
Minimum six (6) years of related experience or a combination of education and experience, including at least one (1) year as an Account Coordinator or three (3) years in claims adjusting.
Skills & Knowledge
Proficient in customer service and knowledgeable in one of the following areas: workers compensation, liability, or disability claims management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology.
Excellent analytical and interpretative skills.
High level of organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Capable of thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Adept at managing conflicts and addressing challenging situations in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to meet or exceed established performance competencies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Mental: Requires clear conceptual thinking, excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Physical: Involves computer keyboarding and travel as required.

In compliance with legal requirements, Sedgwick provides a reasonable salary range for positions subject to pay transparency laws. The starting pay for this role in the specified jurisdiction is between $60,000 and $70,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with matching, paid time off, disability and life insurance, and additional perks.
