Join us as a Client Experience Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service throughout the transaction process. This position involves overseeing all non-licensed facets of real estate transactions from contract initiation to final closing, ensuring a seamless journey for agents, clients, and all involved parties. Collaborate with a dynamic team at Coldwell Banker, as we innovate ways to streamline the real estate process and enhance client satisfaction.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to juggle multiple tasks, think critically, and communicate clearly with agents, clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams. As a reliable resource, you will instill confidence in agents, homebuyers, and sellers alike, reassuring them that their real estate transactions are being expertly managed.
This is a fully remote opportunity, supporting various markets. Experience in transaction coordination within Washington or Oregon is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Handling non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing critical contractual dates and deadlines, and ensuring timely and accurate transaction closings.
Working closely with the agent services department, agents, and third parties to secure all necessary documentation for compliance within the transaction files across appropriate systems.
Organizing all transaction information in relevant systems while providing continuous updates to agents, clients, and external stakeholders.
Acting as the primary point of contact for all deal stakeholders, including agents and their clients throughout the closing process, obtaining required documentation for a clear-to-close status.
Coordinating and confirming home inspections, appraisals, and closing schedules with all relevant parties.
Maintaining regular communication with all participants in the transaction, ensuring everybody is informed and engaged.
Delivering exceptional service with a positive demeanor, prioritizing the needs of agents and clients to foster a smooth transaction experience.
Education / Experience
At least 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination is required.
