We are excited to expand our established sales team! In this role, you will engage with local authorities and schools to present customized educational packages for Primary, Secondary, and Post-16 students. Your contributions will be instrumental in fueling our growth and enhancing our market presence. You will lead the charge in developing and executing effective sales strategies, fostering robust relationships with educational institutions, parents, and students, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet regional objectives.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and families.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities and keep abreast of industry developments.
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance, delivering insights and updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager or in a related role, ideally within the education or services field.
- In-depth knowledge of the North West market, complemented by a strong network of contacts in the education sector.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and closing techniques.
- Adept at data analysis and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
