    Join Our Team as a Select Service Account Manager – Remote

    The Select Service Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting our Employer Account Executives and Employer Groups by streamlining communications, spearheading client-facing initiatives, and offering insightful product and program recommendations. This position is essential for building and nurturing relationships with designated client counterparts, ensuring optimal client engagement and satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage directly with Employer Groups and the Health Plan Leadership team to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, enhancing member satisfaction by collaborating with operational teams to establish preventive measures against recurring issues.

    • Work closely with marketplace leadership and account executives to formulate persuasive business cases for client-facing initiatives, providing integral input and support for implementations and performance benchmarks.

    • Partner with Employer Account Executives and Health Plan leadership to assess incoming reporting requests, determining relevant information and presenting it in a concise, actionable way while conducting independent analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

    • Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with Employer Groups within your portfolio to foster relationships and discuss additional product opportunities, enhancing market penetration and awareness.

    • Assist in client audits and contribute to developing impactful client presentations, facilitating visits and health fairs to showcase our offerings effectively.

    • Collaborate with small employer accounts to optimize pharmacy expenditure by effectively utilizing Prime’s products and services.

    • Drive Employer Group retention by ensuring thorough issue resolution, developing a deep understanding of client priorities and needs, and helping implement changes that foster shared value in the partnership.

    • Document all interactions with assigned accounts in the Salesforce CRM platform, maintaining up-to-date records of meetings, action items, risks, and responsibilities to create a reliable source of truth in managing client relationships.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience Required

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, or a combination of education and work experience; HS diploma or GED is mandatory.

    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Client Service or Account Management.

    • Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship.

    • Proven ability to craft compelling sales messages, presentations, and proposals that drive results.

    • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling effective facilitation of meetings, conflict resolution, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

    • Capability to balance compliance with business objectives, driving programs to completion amid competing priorities.

    • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments.

    • Adept at working within a matrixed team structure.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry.

    • Background as a pharmacy technician and/or possession of CPhT certification.

    Physical Requirements

    • Willingness to travel up to 2 times per year.

    • Availability to work beyond standard business hours when necessary, which may include evenings and weekends.

    • Regularly required to sit, use hands for handling or feeling, talk, and hear.

    • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

    • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and perform actions such as stooping or kneeling.

    • Occasionally required to lift or move items up to 10 pounds, and up to 25 pounds in some instances.

    • Specific vision capabilities necessary for this role include close vision, distance vision, color differentiation, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus.

    All employees must understand and adhere to the security responsibilities and controls relevant to their roles, in line with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

    The salary range for this position is between $59,000.00 and $94,000.00, depending on experience and skill set.
