Location
At Cryptio, we embrace a remote-first philosophy, with the majority of our team working entirely remotely, while others enjoy a hybrid approach from our offices in London or Paris. The Team
As a member of Cryptio’s L2 Support Squad, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technical support to our enterprise clientele in the finance and accounting sectors. Under the guidance of Louis, this collaborative team works hand-in-hand with the L1 Support squad, Customer Success, and our talented software engineers to troubleshoot technical challenges, remove obstacles for customers, and ensure seamless operations.
This client-facing position requires excellent communication skills as you will engage with various teams, tackle intricate technical problems, and develop automated solutions. A solid foundation in coding and scripting is essential, as you will be managing a range of tasks in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
Your Responsibilities
Provide outstanding technical support for customer inquiries
Take ownership of troubleshooting customer technical problems (Zendesk tickets)
Utilize your technical knowledge to implement effective “one-time fixes”
Set up the Cryptio stack locally, diagnose issues, and identify bugs before escalation
Contribute to our back office and tooling development roadmap
Promote Cryptio best practices internally and externally
Offer insights to the Engineering and Product teams based on customer feedback
Mentor junior technical support engineers
Work with the Technical Support Lead to enhance team processes and efficiency
Qualifications We Seek
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
Strong proficiency in scripting and SQL
Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable support systems
In-depth knowledge of modern development tools (Git, Docker, CLI)
Experience with Grafana or similar platforms
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
A team player with a collaborative spirit
A quick learner who thrives in an evolving environment
Preferred Attributes
A keen interest in the crypto industry (crypto knowledge is not mandatory)
Experience with finance-related or crypto-related products and proficiency with numbers
A background in startup or fast-paced environments
