As the Product Marketing Manager for Clinical Decision Support, you will spearhead marketing initiatives for Radiometer’s CDS portfolio. You’ll craft and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, generate leads, and equip our commercial teams with dynamic tools and messaging.

This role reports to the Marketing Director and is an integral part of our Marketing Team, fully remote.

In this position, you will have the chance to:

• Shape product marketing strategies, boost product visibility, and cultivate leads through integrated marketing campaigns.

• Develop compelling clinical value messaging, produce tailored content for clinical audiences, and create sales tools to support effective execution.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Clinical teams to synchronize strategies and prioritize objectives.

The essential qualifications for this role include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in marketing or selling healthcare software or clinical decision support tools, with a proven track record in lead generation and content development.

• A solid understanding of healthcare software solutions and the purchasing process, with the ability to translate clinical insights into powerful messaging.

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or LinkedIn Ads, along with MS Office / MS 365 (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).

• Fluency in English.

Travel and additional requirements as applicable to the role:

• Approximately 30% travel, including potential international trips.

• Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.

Experience in a clinical environment such as ICU, ED, or Laboratory settings would be advantageous.

The salary range for this role is set between $115,000 – $125,000. This figure represents our good faith estimate of the potential compensation for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. This role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
