    In this role, you will take charge of implementing Stratus Imaging (SI) products within a cloud environment, acting as the primary technical expert. Your collaboration with customers and project teams will be vital as you coordinate, customize, and validate product deployments, ensuring installation and troubleshooting processes go smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to implement proprietary products such as SI Archive, SI Viewer, SI PACS, SI Share, and SI Analytics.
    • Design and configure systems per customer specifications.
    • Develop and configure HL7 systems.
    • Identify and resolve issues affecting systems, applications, and end users.
    • Conduct testing and benchmarking to ensure systems are free of errors.
    • Provide customer support during the go-live phase, including outside standard business hours as required.
    • Follow internal workflows and best practices, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
    • Engage in mentorship and training activities.
    • Participate in knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
    • Travel to customer sites for installations and support as necessary.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in IT, focusing on troubleshooting and implementing Information Systems.
    • Proven track record in a customer-facing role.
    • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Windows Server OS.
    • Experience with virtual machines, servers, and workstations.
    • Familiarity with Windows applications such as Word and Excel.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time based on business requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MCSE or A+ certification.
    • Security+ certification.
    • Experience in the Healthcare sector.
    • Background in implementing medical imaging software (PACS, RIS, EMR, or similar clinical systems).
    • Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 protocols.
    • Experience with scripting.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
    • Solid understanding of network topology and protocols.

    The salary for this position ranges from $71,600 to $140,600 annually, adjusted for full-time employment. Pay varies based on multiple factors including local labor market conditions, education, relevant experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws.
