    • Facilitating the contracting process for new agencies and supporting onboarding and terminations as needed.
    • Maintaining up-to-date agency and broker profiles to ensure records are accurate.
    • Representing NJM at corporate events and community engagements, including Corporate Giving and Chamber of Commerce functions.

    • Competency in managing multiple clients, tasks, and requests efficiently.
    • Familiarity with industry rating processes and coverage options to effectively support client needs.
    • In-depth understanding of the insurance market landscape.
    • Adept in insurance underwriting practices.
    • Results-driven with the capability to meet strategic objectives for your territory.
    • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • A professional demeanor, self-motivated, and focused on daily responsibilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, although a High School Diploma or GED is a minimum requirement.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial insurance sector, specifically in marketing, sales, production underwriting, distribution, or relationship management.
    • Specific knowledge of the central PA commercial lines marketplace, particularly regarding new agent appointments and account opportunities.
    • Experience with a property and casualty insurance carrier is highly desirable.
