    Join Our Team as a Commercial Real Estate Agent – Remote Opportunity in Delaware

    Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career in commercial real estate? We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about becoming full-time Commercial Real Estate Agents. If you are not able to commit to this role full-time, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying.

    Compensation:
    Compensation is structured as a 1099 (100% commission) model, with the opportunity to achieve impressive earnings ranging from $200k to $400k within just a few years. Expect a typical ramp-up period during your first year, where you can earn between $50k and $80k. In your second year, average earnings increase to $80k-$180k, with the potential to exceed $200k annually in years three, four, and five and beyond.

    About the Role:
    We’re looking for candidates who have a verified background in sales and business development, with the ability to effectively communicate and connect with high-level decision-makers. You should excel in both oral and written communication, adeptly presenting to both small and large groups. Detail-oriented and self-driven, you’ll effectively juggle numerous tasks and accounts simultaneously. This role is perfect for those eager to explore a new industry, grow alongside an exceptional team, and elevate both their financial and professional trajectories while significantly increasing their influence.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as an advocate and negotiator for healthcare providers, ensuring their best interests are represented in commercial real estate transactions.
    • Construct and nurture a robust pipeline, managing dozens of practices on an annual basis.
    • Conduct evaluations of commercial properties, considering optimal locations and potential developments.
    • Engage in negotiations regarding terms and deal structures.
    • Educate healthcare providers about various real estate options.
    • Assemble a tailored team for each unique client transaction.
    • Analyze costs related to transactions and evaluate purchase versus leasing scenarios.
    • Develop and strengthen relationships with referral partners and trusted vendors.

    • A track record of success with a minimum of three years demonstrating growth and achievement.
    • Experience in relationship-building and driving new business opportunities.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, while being open to learning new platforms like Salesforce and DocuSign.
    • Strong leadership capabilities, focusing on empowering team members.
    • The self-assurance to advise successful practice owners and administrators confidently.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset that embraces creative problem-solving and the determination to negotiate effectively with landlords and sellers.
