    Mental Health & Neurodiversity Clinical Lead Role

    Location: Home-Based with Occasional National Travel

    Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

    Salary: £65,000 Annually

Collaborating closely with our clinical governance and operations teams, you’ll cultivate a culture dedicated to continuous improvement, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standards of safe and effective care delivered by a well-trained and qualified workforce. Your leadership will be crucial in the ongoing development and oversight of clinicians, and you will work in tandem with our CQC registered manager to provide vital evidence and assurance of our care standards.

    Your exceptional communication skills will facilitate collaboration with our bids and sales team, helping to nurture and expand new service propositions from a clinical governance and risk management perspective.

    As part of Acacium Group, Xyla’s mental health support team provides a diverse array of services to bolster NHS efforts and assist local authorities across the UK. Our mission is straightforward: to ensure that everyone can access the mental health support they need effortlessly and promptly, offering services such as adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health services, group mental health support, and comprehensive mental health assessments.

    Your Daily Contributions:

    • Deliver insightful reports on clinical quality, service effectiveness, and oversight, while analyzing data to spot trends and areas ripe for enhancement.
    • Engage in your own clinical supervision to meet professional regulatory standards and exemplify best practices.
    • Play a vital role in the service’s growth by exploring new modalities and market opportunities from a clinical angle.
    • Inspire and lead your team to achieve and surpass business objectives.
    • Actively participate in MDT meetings, contributing to the neurodevelopmental diagnostic process.

    To Excel in This Role, You Should Have:

    • Active RMN or RNLD qualification with a current NMC pin or be a Clinical Psychologist registered with HCPC.
    • Demonstrated experience at a senior management level within a mental health service.
    • Experience in a neurodevelopmental service with credentials to assess and diagnose conditions such as ASD and ADHD.
    • A proven track record in designing mental health services focused on clinical governance and quality assurance.
