    We are on the lookout for a meticulous and passionate Compliance Coordinator to enhance our expanding Centralized Review Team.

    As a pivotal member of our team, you will provide essential compliance support to our field branch locations and applicants while ensuring adherence to federal and local consumer report laws.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Conduct thorough background checks and personalized assessments with applicants.
    • Examine background check results and the information gathered to evaluate candidates against our Company’s hiring standards.
    • Complete the adjudication process in our CRM/ATS, ensuring all necessary documentation is uploaded.
    • Utilize client-provided adjudication matrices to assess background checks for eligibility and manage pre-adverse and adverse action notifications as needed.
    • Communicate with both branch staff and applicants to gather any additional information required for adjudication.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with field branches by delivering responsive support for background checks via phone and email.
    • Offer fundamental interpretations of relevant legislation and case law, including FCRA, EEOC guidance, and other jurisdictional requirements.
    • Guarantee compliance with consumer report regulations and maintain accurate employment records.
    • Document all processes as outlined by departmental standard operating procedures.
    • Embody the company’s core values and service expectations in every interaction.
    • Participate in special projects as required.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or related fields.

    Key Skills and Competencies You Will Bring:

    • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
    • Independent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
    • Understanding of corporate responsibility initiatives and policies.
    • A commitment to collaborative teamwork to achieve common organizational objectives.
    • Articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to the audience.
    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Experience using various technology platforms to facilitate effective decision-making.

    The expected hourly wage for this role in the US ranges from $16.88 to $18.50. This range excludes additional compensation or benefits that you may qualify for. The actual hourly rate offered is contingent upon several factors, including your qualifications, professional experience, relevant skills, education, certifications, and location.
