- Seeking a fully remote opportunity in events sponsorship sales
- Experience in securing event sponsorships for the US and Canadian markets is essential
- Continuously achieve and surpass sponsorship sales goals for each assigned conference.
- Utilize a consultative approach to articulate the advantages of sponsorship effectively.
- Create tailored, needs-driven proposals that align client objectives with event offerings.
- Proactively seek out and cultivate new business leads through diverse channels.
- Conduct in-depth research to build and maintain prospect databases using industry insights and tools such as Apollo.
- Oversee the complete sales process—from prospecting and negotiating to contract finalization and post-sale relationship management—ensuring flawless execution of sponsorship agreements.
- Keep precise records of sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Follow the Strategy Institute’s sales methodologies and best practices diligently.
- Work closely with the conference team to balance sales opportunities with content integrity, optimize event promotion, and facilitate smooth on-site operations.
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B media or events sales experience
- A demonstrated track record in B2B sales, ideally within the realms of publishing, conferences, or exhibitions.
- Success in a full-cycle (360-degree) sales role with a strong focus on outbound lead generation.
- Proficiency with lead generation tools (such as Apollo) and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Attractive salary with an annual performance-based bonus (£45-50k base + approximately £20k OTE uncapped).
