Within ICF’s rapidly expanding Digital Modernization division, we are seeking experienced Senior Appian Developers to enhance our efforts in delivering exceptional solutions to our federal clientele.

ICF stands out with one of the largest federally-focused Appian practices, comprising 85-90 extensively trained consultants committed to best practices in the industry. Depending on your professional experience and interests, you may also engage in growth-oriented activities, such as responding to RFIs and RFPs, developing prototypes, and conducting presentations. Our team members are expected to maintain the necessary certifications relevant to their areas of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your proficiency in Appian BPM development with a minimum of 3 years of direct, hands-on experience.
• Develop Appian Plugins and engage with Application Servers such as JBoss, Weblogic, and IIS as part of installation and configuration.
• Configure, debug, and integrate systems, focusing on forms, reports, logic, and interface components.
• Demonstrate strong relational database skills and SQL scripting abilities.
• Participate in all phases of software development for large-scale, mission-critical applications following Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in your field.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder required for compliance with federal contract standards; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is essential.
• Commitment to remaining within U.S. borders for all work-related tasks, as this position is linked to federal contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Appian certifications, especially Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3.
• Experience with Appian Tempo, Enterprise Application Integration (SOA, ESB), and technologies including Java, and various development frameworks.
• Proven experience in documenting technology architectures and understanding both big-picture and tactical perspectives.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal capabilities.

The salary for this role varies based on numerous factors, including relevant experience, educational background, certifications, and specific contract provisions. The projected pay range for this position, primarily as a full-time employee, is between $98,124.00 and $166,810.00, according to nationwide remote office standards.
