Position Overview

We are on the lookout for highly motivated construction lawyers, fluent in English, French, or fully bilingual, whether you are a junior or seasoned professional. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of procurement documents and agreements, such as stipulated price contracts, cost-plus contracts, construction management agreements, Engineering Procurement & Construction Management contracts, Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) agreements, construction financing documents, and more.
• Familiarity with lien payments, bonding issues, and handling disputes related to contractual compliance.
